Network Finance in Gauteng is seeking a qualified Accountant who has completed articles to manage financial reporting and accounting across a growing property portfolio.

The role offers exposure to full property finance functions, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance with VAT and statutory requirements. Prior experience with property management software is essential.

Qualifications

• BCom Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles.
• Minimum 3 years post-article accounting experience.
• Experience in property management sector is essential.
• Experience with MDA, MRI Software, CaseWare and Draftworx.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for multiple property portfolios.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting processes.
• Compile annual financial statements and support external audits.
• Ensure VAT, statutory and regulatory compliance.
