Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services consulting, strategy, or corporate development.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry landscape, trends, and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships in Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present strategic recommendations for financial services clients across banking, insurance, and wealth management.
• Lead client engagements focused on digital transformation, M&A, and operational efficiency within the financial sector.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and regulatory impact assessments.
