Coronation Fund Managers invites applications for Settlements and Operations Trainee positions as part of the Coronation Catapult Programme 2025. This programme exposes graduates to the world of financial markets with hands-on experience in the trade settlement space.

You will manage full settlement processes, onboarding, booking trades at end of day, overdrafts, and daily matching across Prime Broking accounts, bonds, unit trusts, and 3rd party bookings.

Responsibilities

• Full settlement process
• Full onboarding process
• Booking trades at end of day (local and offshore bookings)
• Taking in and sending overdrafts (OD’s)
• Matching all 3rd party trade aways for Prime Broking accounts
• Matching and checking previous day’s bookings
• Morning reporting
• Client and administrators query
• Booking and settling bonds
• Updating unit trust / unlisted positions from 3rd parties

Education

Commerce degree majoring in accounting, economics, investments, finance, business management or the like
