The Opportunity

As part of our growing finance operations team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance within a global accounting environment. The role requires hands‑on NetSuite experience and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close processes within NetSuite.
  • Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations and prepare accurate supporting documentation.
  • Process and review supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to payment terms.
  • Partner with internal teams (FP&A, Operations, Procurement) to align financial data and reporting timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve variances, discrepancies, and reconciling items promptly.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives aimed at increasing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain financial controls and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven, hands‑on NetSuite ERP experience is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance operations, or reconciliations.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis).
  • A solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles and end‑to‑end financial processes.
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively during night shift hours (2PM – 11PM SAST) to support USA‑based operations.
