What We're Looking For

• An experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage our finance operations across South Africa, Tanzania, and Mozambique.

• Someone with cross-border finance experience, particularly in East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the finance departments across three countries.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts, reports, and ledgers within strict deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory returns and regulatory requirements across the three countries.
• Maintain and enhance accounting systems, policies, and procedures; recommend improvements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
• Manage insurance, payroll, and capital expenditure (Capex) processes.
• Coordinate year‑end financial activities across the company.
• Partner with the Sales team on project costings, financial terms, and maintenance agreements.
• Provide financial and commercial support to non-finance managers.
• Drive performance and development of the finance team, aligning objectives with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.

Requirements

• Professional Qualification: ACCA, CA, or CIMA with audit experience.
• Minimum 10 years' industry experience, including cross-border operations.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as Sage and Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills
• Good business understanding; experience in an engineering environment is an advantage.
