Our advanced, multi‑cloud platform delivers real‑time data, unmatched scalability, and the flexibility of shared or dedicated processing instances. It’s this global reach and innovation that sets us apart.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for Paymentology’s Norwegian and Latvian legal entities, overseeing statutory reporting, billing, and treasury processes. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations while also supporting broader group financial initiatives. You’ll work across functions, manage outsourced accounting teams, and drive treasury and audit readiness with one direct report.

What you get to do:
  • Oversee financial operations for Norwegian and Latvian entities, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
  • Manage daily interactions with outsourced accounting providers; review journal entries, reconciliations, and group reporting submissions.
  • Lead local audit processes, including drafting statutory accounts and disclosure notes.
  • Develop and manage cash flow forecasts at group level, supporting treasury decisions on liquidity and FX exposure.
  • Improve accounts payable processes, focusing on automation and working capital optimization.
  • Ensure compliance in billing operations and assist in bad debt provisioning with Credit Control inputs.
  • Mentor direct reports and align cross‑functional efforts with operations, commercial, and finance teams.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 6–9 years in finance roles.
  • Experience in multinational environments and outsourced accounting models.
  • Skilled in IFRS, UK GAAP, and local statutory standards.
  • Tools: Caseware, SAGE Intacct, Tripletex, Excel.
  • Proven track record in audit coordination, cash flow forecasting, and financial operations leadership.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) required.
  • 6–9 years of progressive experience in finance roles, ideally in multinational or technology‑driven environments.
  • Hands‑on experience leading financial operations, treasury processes, and audits across multiple jurisdictions.
What you can look forward to:

At Paymentology, it’s not just about building great payment technology, it’s about building a company where people feel they belong and their work matters. You’ll be part of a diverse, global team that’s genuinely committed to making a positive impact through what we do. Whether you’re working across time zones or getting involved in initiatives that support local communities, you’ll find real purpose in your work – and the freedom to grow in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.
