Duties
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, review and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and Board packs.
  • Financial Modelling: Design, build, and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, valuations, and strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business strategy, and clear variance analysis.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with operations, development, and executive teams to provide financial insights that drive performance and profitability.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse key financial and operational metrics (e.g. revenue, costs, ROI, and capex) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Process & Systems Improvement: Streamline financial reporting processes and improve modelling accuracy through automation and best practices.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure financial compliance with IFRS, tax, audit, and regulatory standards, and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Support investor, Board, and executive reporting needs with insightful, decision-ready financial presentations.
