At Adcorp, we’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with the Finance Executive and operational teams to support business strategy and financial outcomes
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance reports to guide strategic decisions
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Deliver accurate, timely management accounts and financial reports
  • Provide financial analysis on performance variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Oversee cost management initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with relevant standards
  • Support and guide business leaders with financial insights that shape decision-making
  • Oversee cash flow planning to meet operational requirements
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Group Finance and other divisions to ensure financial accuracy and alignment
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting)
  • CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance management role

  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities
