🚨 Finance Manager – Immediate Start (IAS 41 is a must-have)

📍 Nylstroom, Limpopo

💰 R600 000 – R720 000 p.a.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial management, reporting, and strategic leadership in our agricultural division. This is your chance to drive profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency while leading a growing finance team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Optimise ERP systems (Sage Evolution, Meat Matrix) and financial processes
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and credit control functions
• Mentor and develop the finance team while collaborating across departments

What We’re Looking For:

• BCom+ / CA(SA) qualification
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in agriculture
• Immediately available and highly competent candidates (exception for Two Week notice period)
• Tax knowledge
• Strong analytical, strategic, and 3 years leadership skills
