• DV-1Our client in the consulting services industry is seeking a skilled and qualified Finance Manager to join them in Lanseria, Gauteng.
• Must have international tax law experience (USA and Australian).
• Day-to-day management of all aspects of company finances.
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and various other yearly returns.
• Assist in day-to-day staff management.
• Working knowledge of Accpac essential.
• Review and authorize purchase orders as per Approved Authority Levels.
• Preparation of yearly international income taxes (USA and Australian) and provisional tax computations for approval by the governing body.

Minimum qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 / Equivalent. Degree in Accounting or relevant accounting qualification. 10 years' relevant working experience.
