Job summary

Network Recruitment is sourcing a Finance Manager for a fast-moving agricultural business in Bethlehem, Free State. You will own the financial function for one division and oversee another, driving financial planning, cash flow, risk management and audits while leading from the front.

With 7+ years in financial management, strong leadership and commercial acumen, CIMA would be advantageous and ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' commercial experience in financial management.
• Agriculture experience strongly preferred; FMCG or similar industries considered.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system.

This is not a “keep the lights on” Finance Manager role. This is a “move the needle” role. Our client is looking for a Finance Manager who can bring structure, commercial thinking and strong financial leadership to a fast-moving agricultural environment in Bethlehem, Free State.

You’ll take ownership of the financial function for one division, while overseeing the financial management of another. From financial planning and strategy to cash flow, risk, budgets and audits, this is a role where you'll be expected to get involved, make decisions and lead from the front.
