Job summary

MANAGED PEOPLE SOLUTIONS in Johannesburg is seeking a Graduate In Training across Finance, HR, Procurement, or Safety & Environment to support the Finance Manager and gain hands-on exposure to daily financial and administrative tasks.

You will assist with documentation, month-end close, VAT and tax reporting, and liaison with banking partners while contributing to a strong control environment and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Support the Finance Manager in daily finance tasks and maintain control environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close processing (journals & reporting).
• Liaise with Banking partner to ensure timely submission and collection of documentation.
• Handle VAT & Tax reporting.
• Reconcile approved FOCs and Discounts as per Bacardi process.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance across processes.
