Job summary

Blue Spec Holdings is launching a Finance Graduate Programme across several South African branches. We invite enthusiastic graduates to gain hands-on exposure to core accounting and finance functions in a supportive team.

Positions are across Sandton, Kempton Park, Wynberg, Randburg, Centurion, Greenstone, Bedfordview and Roodepoort. Applicants should be matriculated and hold one of the listed accounting qualifications.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• One of the following qualifications: Bachelor of Accounting, Diploma in Accounting, Diploma in Financial Management, BCom Finance & Economics, Management Accounting.
• Up to 1 year of finance-related experience (graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities

• Capture and process financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist with month-end finance processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Assist with taxation and general finance administration.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform any other finance-related duties as required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Finance department.
