Qualifications

• At least ten years’ experience with five years in Public Entities.
• Combination of private and public sector experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of financial business systems and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop finance strategy aligned to CSIR's goals.
• Lead financial planning and oversee the budget process.
• Manage financial governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure accurate preparation of annual financial statements.
• Build relationships with strategic stakeholders for compliance.
