Job summary

Milpark Education Pty Ltd seeks an educator to teach and facilitate financial planning content for entry level financial advisors serving Southern African communities. The role requires in-person lectures, student support, and navigation of online platforms.

Applicants should have a minimum NQF level 6 in Wealth Management or Financial Planning, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong English communication. Frequent travel to various provinces is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF level 6 qualification in Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
• Must be able to speak English and preferably Afrikaans, Venda, Sesotho, Tswana, Zulu or Xhosa.
• Minimum 2 years’ industry related experience.
• Teaching or facilitation experience will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of lectures in-person.
• Record class attendance on prescribed registers.
• Support student learning during contact sessions.
• Assist students with navigating the online learning environment.
• Guide students in preparing for and submitting assessments.
• Demonstrate a variety of facilitation techniques and tools mastery to engage students.
