This isn’t an “add-on” contract. This is your seat on the leadership team. You’ll own the numbers, the vision, and the financial backbone of one of the fastest-growing healthcare divisions in our group.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all financial strategy and execution: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and day-to-day operations.
• Drive revenue optimization—billing, collections, payer compliance—ensuring both performance and integrity.
• Oversee cross-border finance: U.S. GAAP, IFRS, payroll, tax, reporting, and compliance.
• Deliver clear insights and financial models that fuel confident executive decisions.
• Build and mentor a finance team grounded in accountability, trust, and scale.
• Partner with the Founder & CEO, and sit shoulder-to-shoulder with clinical and operational leaders.

What You Bring

• CA(SA) or CPA (strong preference)
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally with healthcare or multi-entity structures.
• Expertise in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with proven success across borders.
• A track record in revenue operations, audits, and tax compliance.
• Executive presence: decisive, strategic, and clear under pressure.
• Strong communication—able to make complex numbers make sense for any audience.
