Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning, management, and accounting functions, ensuring adherence to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and statutory regulations.
  • Take charge of managing and controlling our assets register, ensuring meticulous accounting of current, fixed, and intangible assets.
  • Drive the financial planning and budgeting process to support our strategic objectives and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and management reports in compliance with IFRS, providing vital insights to the managing board and Head Office.
  • Develop and implement risk assessment models and controls on a daily basis to minimize exposure, including credit, currency, and exchange rate risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Equivalent; Honours Degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience as a Financial Manager, ideally in an engineering environment.
