Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a Financial Controller to lead a four-person finance team. You will oversee accounts and investments, prepare monthly and annual reports, and manage cash flow while ensuring accurate record-keeping.

You will supervise staff, develop budgets, ensure compliance with government regulations, collaborate with auditors, and present financial information to the CFO and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, business, economics or finance.
• Several years of experience in finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all company accounts and investments.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and reviewing internal reports.
• Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
• Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with auditing services to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information.
• Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives and board members.
