Responsibilities
  • Manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation, compliance checks, and approvals are completed.
  • Maintain and update the supplier database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to verify supplier details and compliance requirements.
  • Review and verify staff travel requests to ensure they align with the approved travel policy and procedures.
  • Confirm that all required travel documentation is complete and submitted within timelines.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information in travel requests.
  • Monitor and track travel expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with budgetary controls.
  • Provide support in audits and reporting relating to supplier onboarding and travel management.
  • Assist in improving processes and controls to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Previous experience in supplier onboarding, compliance, procurement, or travel administration.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and internal control processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
