Job summary

Minimum requirements

• BCom/B Compt degree
• 4 - 7 years relevant experience
• Exposure to finance, compliance, audit, risk or governance roles
• Working knowledge of BEE requirements and audit processes
• ESG exposure advantageous
• Duties will be but not limited to: supporting CFO and finance team with financial reporting and audit preparation
• Assist with management accounts, recons and compliance documentation
• Coordinate information requests from auditors and advisors
• Maintain corporate governance records, policies and statutory filings
• Support board and committee compliance documentation
• Track regulatory and Companies Act compliance items
• Maintain and update Risk Registers under management guidance
• Assist with risk identification workshops and documentation
• Track mitigation actions and reporting
• Coordinate B-BBEE documentation and verification support
• Assist during financial and BEE audits
• Support ESG data collection, reporting and compliance tracking
