Job summary

Our client requires your basic bookkeeping skills, ability to manage suppliers accounts, reconciliations and general administration support to the team and directors.

Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing
  • Supplier account management and managing accounts timeously
  • Matches delivery notes to PO and captures supplier invoices
  • Reconciliations
  • Compliance & management documentation
  • Manage reporting requirements
  • Communication between various departments
  • General administrative support to the Directors and team members
  • Manage daily attendance registers and breathalyser test results
  • Capture staff hours working in conjunction with the clocking system
  • Assist with inventory and management of stock
