Job summary

A financial services company is seeking a Finance Administrator for secondment to manage financial maintenance and workflow. Responsibilities include ensuring quality output, understanding billing processes, and working overtime as needed. Candidates should have Matric and basic MS Office knowledge. Relevant tertiary qualifications and prior experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of DH product knowledge and experience is essential.
  • 6 months SCCC/Service Specialist experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and monitoring of workflow pools.
  • Ensure quality of output and meet TWT targets.
  • Work overtime during busy periods.

Finance Administrator - Secondment

Key Purpose

Administration and monitoring of workflow pools

Key Outputs

  • Financial maintenance (bank detail changes, transfers to private capacity, continuations) with attention to procedures and rules relating to financial maintenance
  • Ensure quality of output and TWT targets are met
  • Required to work overtime during busy periods
  • Knowledge of billing and debit order processes (e.g. allocating payments, processing refunds, requesting daily debits)
