  • Send daily invoices and job cards to customers.
  • Issue monthly rental invoices and statements.
  • Verify and submit payments on time.
  • Maintain proper filing of all invoices and slips.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation procedures.

Join our esteemed team at General Heavy Machinery (Pty) Ltd the premier original equipment manufacturer agent for SANY Equipment. As a leading provider in the mining machinery industry we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic staff member to join us.

We have a full-time on-site opportunity for a Finance Administrator. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for daily financial tasks including financial planning accounting and analytical duties to ensure the companys financial success. We are looking for an entry-level candidate who is eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Invoicing & Statements :

  • Send daily invoices and job cards to customers.
  • Issue monthly rental invoices and statements to customers.

Payments & Transactions :

  • Verify and submit daily and monthly payments on time.
  • Check and collect all supplier invoices.
  • Allocate debtor and creditor payments on a weekly basis.
  • Import bank statements daily.

Financial Records & Compliance :

  • Maintain proper filing of all invoices and slips.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Capture SIV and manage petty cash.
  • Ensure an understanding of and compliance with taxation procedures for the company.

General Duties :

  • Perform any additional tasks as required by the Financial Manager.
