Qualifications

  • Matric and a minimum of 3 years working experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Degree is advantageous.
  • Computer literate - MS suite of products (Excel, Word, Schedule, E-mail, Internet).
  • Knowledge and experience of processing.
  • Ability to work under pressure, Initiative, Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative duties, including drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports.
  • Design own monthly schedule and assign work to others.
  • Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various sources.
  • Monitor and analyze data using budgeting systems.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, guide clients, and resolve queries.
