Key Responsibilities

• Manage the storage, handling, and dispatch of finished goods in line with company standards.
• Ensure accurate stock control, inventory management, and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, logistics, and sales teams to align supply with demand.
• Oversee loading, offloading, and distribution to customers or distribution centers.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and safety regulations.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse and dispatch staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and traceability of finished products.
• Coordinate cycle counts and stock audits.
• Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards in final goods areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or final goods management within FMCG / manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management systems, and dispatch processes.
• Experience with ERP / WMS systems (SAP, Syspro, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of compliance standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, OHS Act).
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and operations.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
