Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites applications for Utilityman Site X16 (BCCEI Limited Duration Contract) at Scaffel Substation, Free State. The role involves civil works including shuttering, concrete, reinforcing, electrical and labouring tasks, requiring manual dexterity and strict safety compliance.

As part of Construction Services, you will support Substations with emphasis on safety and quality, work overtime when required, and contribute to a safe, efficient site environment.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform semi-skilled duties.
• Ability to use power and hand tools safely.
• Knowledge of civil and cabling construction practices.
• Ability to work at heights safely.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Knowledge of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).
• Conflict resolution and interpersonal communication.
• Understanding OHSA safety rules.
