Placements24 is seeking a Field Telecom Installer to perform installations and maintenance of telecommunications systems for residential and business customers in the Welkom area. You will install equipment, run copper and fiber cables, test functionality and train customers on use, while maintaining a tidy work site.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior telecom installation experience, and a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle and tools are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in telecommunications installation or related trade.
• Familiarity with low-voltage wiring and cable installation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
