Job Purpose

We are seeking a self-driven and experienced Field Sales Team Leader to join our Johannesburg branch.

The Field Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of field agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Must be able to have great client service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, & motivate the field sales team to achieve daily, weekly, & monthly targets.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of field agents.
  • Monitor team performance and provide structured feedback and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards.
  • Support operational growth & contribute to strategic field initiatives in Johannesburg.
  • Act as the key link between the field team and management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in field sales and leadership roles.

Availability to travel for training (Durban, October-November
