Your role

• Provide technical service and support to our customers, through regular on-site visits, providing repairs and tool calibrations.
• Work as part of the Atlas Copco Service team, to continuously improve our customer satisfaction.
• Provide Repairs and Field Service Support on Industrial Power Tooling including Electronic, Pneumatic handheld and fixtured tools.
• Provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and when required on site.
• Conduct regular customer visits providing technical support, assistance, and guidance as and when required.
• Maintain records of all activities.
• Carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis, according to laboratory and ISO procedures.
• Plan, manage and carry out the installation of our equipment at the customers premises.
• Ensure all repair and calibration workshop documentation is completed correctly and up to date.
• Provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the customer.
• Provide advice and feedback to the customer on the use of their equipment.
• Work as part of a team with our sales representatives and the customer to help address any support and technical issues.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-starter, and organized.
• Flexibility in being able to respond to the customers' demands – this will involve early starts and late finishes, as well as occasionally attending plant outside normal hours, in an emergency response capacity.
• Clean driving license.
• Engineering Diploma / Degree or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
