Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets.
Manage expenses within budget guidelines.
Complete a minimum of 8 customer calls per day with thorough pre-call planning.
Execute structured weekly, cyclical, and yearly call cycles.
Drive sales activities including:
Order placement, stock counts, compliance checks, merchandising, and stock rotation.
Maintaining shelf health, pricing labels, and in-store displays.
Negotiating for increased shelf space and promotional opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, regional managers, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor promotional activities, ensuring execution and reporting on outcomes.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with action plans for underperforming stores.
Use digital tools (tablet) to capture accurate call and customer data.
Supervise, train, and collaborate with in-store merchandisers.
Communicate regularly with the Regional Sales Manager regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant sales experience.
Relevant diploma/degree in sales, marketing, or business (advantageous).
