Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets.

  • Manage expenses within budget guidelines.

  • Complete a minimum of 8 customer calls per day with thorough pre-call planning.

  • Execute structured weekly, cyclical, and yearly call cycles.

  • Drive sales activities including:

    • Order placement, stock counts, compliance checks, merchandising, and stock rotation.

    • Maintaining shelf health, pricing labels, and in-store displays.

    • Negotiating for increased shelf space and promotional opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, regional managers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Monitor promotional activities, ensuring execution and reporting on outcomes.

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with action plans for underperforming stores.

  • Use digital tools (tablet) to capture accurate call and customer data.

  • Supervise, train, and collaborate with in-store merchandisers.

  • Communicate regularly with the Regional Sales Manager regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities.
