A well-established window-treatment specialist is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to grow new business across residential, commercial, and design-industry clients. This role focuses on in-home consultations and professional engagement with procurement teams, architects, interior designers, and homeowners. A company vehicle will be provided for client and site visits, supporting the representative in conducting assessments and managing appointments. The role suits a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, presenting product solutions, and driving measurable sales growth in blinds, curtains, and motorised systems

Minimum Requirements

• Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s licence (Not negotiable)
• Proven experience in field sales, external sales, or client-facing business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage appointments, conduct on-site assessments, and close deals
• Tech-savvy with the ability to prepare quotes and manage follow-ups
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and site visits to assess client needs
• Engage with procurement agents, architects, designers, residential and commercial clients
• Present suitable window-treatment solutions (blinds, curtains, motorised systems)
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow through to deal closure
• Drive new business acquisition and maintain long-term relationships
• Manage weekly sales pipeline and reporting
• Coordinate orders with internal teams and ensure smooth project delivery
• Attend client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry-related events when required
