Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 08 : 00)

R5, per month + performance-based incentives

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Consultant to drive EasyPath Laboratories' growth across Gauteng.

This is a hands‑on, territory‑based role, requiring daily client engagement to secure new business with medical practitioners, private doctors, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential medical practitioners, private doctors, and clinics.
  • Present EasyPath Laboratories' services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Preferably in healthcare, medical supplies, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Base salary with performance‑based incentives.
