Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales and promote financial products within an assigned region. You will build customer relationships, manage a client portfolio, and identify new business opportunities to provide tailored solutions and meet customer needs.

Expect to conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, and consult with potential clients while achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum: National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4).
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales or customer service, preferably financial services or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities to drive sales of financial services and products.
• Identify and pursue leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the specified region; manage client accounts and build lasting relationships.
