Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Good understanding of Mobile and Internet betting and betting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist clients with opening accounts and betting queries.
• Drive daily sales and activations through product demonstrations to influence punters to purchase products or use our services.
• Drive mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
• Keep records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
• Promote the mobile brand across outlets, events and promotions to attract punters.
• Roam between branches and stores as per operational needs; assist customers with FICA documentation when opening accounts.
