About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our Johannesburg team within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our full range of staffing and labour solutions to prospective and existing clients.

Johannesburg Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting to: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business within the TES industry.
  • Conduct client visits to promote company services and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present quotations and service proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations, and Finance) to ensure client needs are effectively met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry-related functions to build brand visibility.
Requirements
