Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify and secure new business within the TES industry.
  • Conduct client visits to promote company services and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present quotations and service proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations, and Finance) to ensure client needs are effectively met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry-related functions to build brand visibility.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 23 years experience in sales, preferably within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) or labour broking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions and labour legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport. (Must Have)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
