Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and secure new business within the TES industry.
- Conduct client visits to promote company services and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present quotations and service proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations, and Finance) to ensure client needs are effectively met.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry-related functions to build brand visibility.
Requirements :
- Minimum 23 years experience in sales, preferably within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) or labour broking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions and labour legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport. (Must Have)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
