Job summary

PnS Group is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising for the Kuruman region. You will ensure standards are met, drive availability, and optimise client product presence across store networks.

The role requires a national certificate in business administration or related field, plus 2 years in retail/wholesale operations with supervisory exposure, and strong liquor-industry experience.

Qualifications

• National certificate in business administration, Retail Operations Management or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of operations experience in retail/wholesale sectors, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales and merchandising excellence.
• Experience in managing large, distributed teams across retail/wholesale partners, preferably in liquor.
