Job summary

Smollan in Stellenbosch is seeking a proactive Sales Manager with 2-3 years in FMCG to supervise sales activities, lead teams and ensure achievement of targets. The role involves managing promotions, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering POP objectives with accuracy and strategic insight.

You will need a relevant NQF level 5 diploma, Code 8 driver’s license, and strong communication, analysis, and planning skills to drive profitable growth and brand visibility in the Western Cape market.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level.
• Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5.
• Code 8 Driver’s license is required for the role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to manage promotions, negotiate, plan, and organise team activities.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness with attention to detail.
