Job summary

Evolution Group is seeking self-employed field agents in Gauteng for debt collection. This contract role requires visiting clients to arrange payments on defaulted accounts. Comprehensive training is provided, and agents operate as independent contractors.

Compensation includes a monthly income of roughly R10,000–R20,000 based on performance, with a generous commission structure. There are 8 positions available and a Group Life benefit paying 2x annual commissions up to R86,000.
