The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and knowledge of tools like Shopify, Cin7, and ZenDesk. Proficiency in English and Afrikaans is essential. This is a full-time, in-person position with responsibilities including managing returns and stakeholder relationships.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible of serving as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across various channels.
The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth interactions between the company, customers, and various internal and external stakeholders.
This position is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a full time customer service rep.
