Job description

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage

- Escort guests to their cabins and familiarize them with the ship's amenities

- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay

- Take care of guests' personal requests and ensure they are met in a timely manner

- Assist with meal service, including setting up and serving meals, and ensuring the dining area is clean and well-stocked

- Maintain and organize guest cabins to the highest standards

- Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and discretion

- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed

- Follow safety and security procedures at all times

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Cruise Director or Captain

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally

- Must have a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
