Feedonomics manages everything from onboarding to ongoing feed maintenance, enabling clients to expand their e‑commerce business more efficiently.

Global Operations Team

The Global Operations team at Feedonomics is an incredible group of feed specialists who ensure our clients receive the best possible experience. The support side of the team handles inbound reactive customer support and outbound proactive client success with a focus on quality.

As part of this team, the Advertising group supports a fully managed solution that streamlines feed optimization, product listing, and data synchronization for hundreds of paid‑search, social media, and affiliate channels.

The Role

Feed Build I (French language) Specialist – Responsible for setting up, analyzing, and optimizing product data feeds for our clients.

Work Hours: US hours 08:00 ET (SA hours 14:00 ET)

Location: Remote First (preference given to candidates based in Cape Town)

The Responsibilities
  • Build optimized product feeds for each client.
  • Review imported data and client requirements for each build.
  • Transform raw data into an optimized feed following Feedonomics best practices.
  • Filter mass quantities of product data into usable product listings.
  • Review feeds for data integrity and assess feed quality.
  • Bring optimized feeds live in Google Merchant Center.
  • Troubleshoot errors and issues in Google Merchant Center.
  • Setup additional export channels (Facebook, Instagram, Bing, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients throughout the build process via ticketing system.
  • Meet with clients over Google Meet or Zoom as needed.
  • Perform big‑data analysis on up to 1 M+ SKUs.
  • Partner productively with Enterprise Feed Managers and Coordinators to understand client feed requirements.
  • Coordinate with the development team to solve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent client‑relationship–building skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret client requests for intended outcomes.
  • Entry‑level data‑analysis skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to work within compressed timeframes and embrace a sense of urgency.
  • Capability to prioritize multiple, competing deliverables while managing expectations and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent), High School Diploma, or GED with relevant work experience.
  • Very good command of the French language.
  • Preferred: Year of e‑commerce business‑to‑business client experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with PPC, Display, and Social advertising.
  • Certifications such as AdWords, Bing, Analytics, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or SQL.
