Job summary

Ever Care Solutions is seeking energetic Warehouse Pickers/Packers for the Soweto distribution hub. You will pick items from shelves, pack securely, label for dispatch, and help keep the area organized.

The role emphasizes accuracy, speed and physical fitness in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, reliability and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to lift items and work collaboratively toward targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking/packing in a warehouse is preferred.
• Able to stand, walk for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy items.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from shelves according to order specs using scanning equipment.
• Inspect items for damage before packing and labeling for dispatch.
• Pack orders securely with appropriate materials for safe transit.
• Assist with stock replenishment and keep an organized work area.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
