Fast Food Manager required in Cape Town

POSITION INFO : Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring speed, quality, and cleanliness
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-line staff and shift supervisors
  • Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue
  • Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs within budget
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a management role within the QSR / fast food or hospitality industry
  • 3 years GAAP / Micros experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Matric certificate
  • (Hospitality or Business Management qualification is a plus)
