Torrid is hiring a Sales Associate to provide the Torrid connection to every customer, making them feel comfortable, cared for and confident. You will help create an amazing shopping experience, drive add-on sales with product knowledge, and support visual standards across the floor.

The role requires a flexible schedule that may include holidays, nights, and weekends, with duties spanning register operations, stockroom organization, and maintaining an inviting store environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.
• Fashion-focused and aware of current trends.

Responsibilities
