POSITION INFO : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business or Management related.
- An advance degree in a relevant subject matter field will be desirable.
- Must be highly proficient in English.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of exposure in the citrus / grapes industry from grassroots processes to quality requirements.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years established in external grower relations.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years engaging with executives, leaders, production personnel, and external grower partners.
- General agricultural knowledge.
- General business acumen.
- Computer packages & system(s) currently in use by the company.
- Optimise people performance and effective management of HR & talent.
- Ability to manage budgets, cashflows, financial planning and analysis.
- Ability to manage operations efficiently.
