SUMMARY

A well-established farm in Tzaneen, Limpopo is seeking a Farm Administrative Assistant to join their team permanently.

LOCATION

Maruleng, Limpopo Province (On-site, Monday to Friday)

POSITION INFO

Full-time, office-based role responsible for administrative support, data capturing, bookkeeping duties, and communication with internal and external stakeholders within the agricultural environment.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with the accountant and internal teams
  • No specific farm management systems required (training will be provided)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform general farm administration and office duties
  • Capture and track farm inputs and outputs
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, including processing invoices and maintaining financial documentation
  • Prepare and generate sales invoices
  • Liaise directly with the accountant regarding financial records
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date filing and documentation systems
  • Support the farm manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (on-site)
