Job summary

Upman Placements invites applications for an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations of an aseptic dairy manufacturing facility. The role oversees Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning and HSE to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while driving productivity, quality and profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science or Dairy Technology with 10+ years in Dairy/FMCG manufacturing and proven senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Dairy / Food / FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong experience in senior plant/factory leadership.
• Experience in Aseptic Processing and Tetra Pak is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, maintenance, cost control and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning & HSE.
• Manage aseptic processing and Tetra Pak packaging operations.
• Drive production efficiency, OEE, productivity, yield and cost optimization.
• Manage factory budgets, operational planning and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP and food safety standards.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead teams and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and business targets.
