Job summary

A dynamic manufacturing company in Bronkhorstspruit is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage key HR functions. Responsibilities include employee relations, payroll administration, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and at least 3 years of experience in HR and payroll management. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of R35,000 to R40,000 per month.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR position.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Payroll Administration.
  • Thorough knowledge and demonstrable labour relations experience.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage internal disciplinary processes and represent at the CCMA.
  • Take responsibility for monthly payroll administration.
