The ideal candidate should have over 2 years experience in Facilities or Hotel Management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of soft services and coordinate effectively with third-party service providers.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years experience in Facilities/Hotel Management in a professional environment.
• Experience in people management/supervision of staff.
• Stakeholder liaison and management with 3rd party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of Soft Services.
• Enhance user experience and operational efficiency through proactive coordination.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
